iKarate Kids (Generation 3 Fitness)

Service Description

The iKarate Kids class introduces the students to : discipline, focus, body language, core strength, blocking set, foot maneuvers, meditation, active shooter awareness, advises students how to use their bodies as weapons., and much more! The age range allows for younger students to interact with adults to learn how to defend against kidnappers, assailants, etc. Students can test for rank in American Kenpo Karate if desired. Students can pay $21 for drop in session or (4 classes = $60) & (8 classes = $120). Sessions expire after 30 days. Students must pay for classes by contacting (314) 645-1476, or by going in person to the Heights Center.
