iKARATE CLUB
iKarate Club is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Our self-defense classes focus on offensive and defensive techniques that can be learned quickly, to help your survival skills. We consider all students "Scholars and Warriors. This is because we must use our critical thinking and courage, in order to overcome dangerous situations. Teachings incorporate a mixture of martial art techniques that are derived from American Kenpo, Tang Ken Ru Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, etc. Students are instructed on how to utilize their entire body as a weapon in self-defense encounters, as well how to position and defend themselves in situations with multiple attackers. The goal of each class is to help students improve their natural logical flow of motion in self-defense situations, while simultaneously improving their physical fitness, confidence, and awareness of others. Our goal is to help reduce kidnappings, sexual trafficking, battered women, and immobilize aggressive situations. Students have the option, to test for rank in American Kenpo Karate. We offer virtual, survivor seminars, birthday parties, and private sessions. Ages 4 & up
